About us
Our story began in 1983, when Dushyant Babbar founded Dushyant & Associates. The practice was later led by his son, Rajneesh Babbar, under whom it became Dushyant Enterprises in 2006. Today we are a dedicated Plumbing & Fire Fighting contractor for some of North India's best-known residential, township and healthcare projects.
Rajneesh Babbar, a Mechanical Engineer with 35 years in Plumbing and Fire Fighting, leads the firm today. We work with dedicated in-house labour, a large fleet of plant and machinery and a disciplined document-control system, so quality and timelines stay in our hands.

Pre-fabricated assemblies, checked slopes and supports, inspection requests per zone.
Hydrostatic, smoke and holiday tests witnessed by the consultant and client.
As-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties and snag closure.
